here's the story: i purchased this item then, several days later, received a notification from paypal that the seller issued a refund. i signed into etsy but the seller had not initiated a conversation to explain/discuss so i was confused... i then noticed that, with the refund, the seller noted that they lost the item. so this item was still listed even though they didn't actually have it anymore (ok, not great business but an honest mistake) but they didn't even reach out through a conversation (again, just kind of weird/bad business)...i mean, it is what it is but i definitely would not deal with this seller again.

All sales are considered final. However, if an issue arises I will review each order on a case-by-case basis. Any potential return shipping will be the buyer's responsibility, and any refunds granted will not include shipping charges.

Concerns with your purchase (e.g., requesting a return/refund) must be issued within one week of receipt of your purchase.

I package my items with great care. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 2 days of receiving your item so we can quickly remedy the situation.

For U.S. customers, I ship orders within 1-3 days of purchase. I ship all packages according to the selection you made during checkout. Parcel post shipping should take only one week or so to arrive, unless it is a busy holiday season. Priority mail usually only takes 2-3 days to arrive (Hawaii customers - it may take items a bit longer to reach you). Please contact me if you wish for additional shipping services, such as insurance or delivery confirmation.

International Shipments: I am not responsible for items once they leave the United States. All taxes,duties and import fees are the buyers responsibility.

The items in my shop are as advertised. Rest assured, items described as "vintage" are just that! Also, please remember that vintage items are, for the most part, used items. This means that they usually come with some original wear and tear. This is part of their charm and appeal. ALL wear and tear is of course documented in the photos and description. I always strive to provide multiple photographs and detailed descriptions so you can be sure of what you are getting, and of course you are always welcome to ask questions.
