Returns and exchanges
All items are eligible for return within 10 days of receipt of item. Refund of purchase price and original shipping fees will be made. Return shipping costs are responsibility of buyer. If item is received damaged, please contact immediately to begin the process. I will work to guarantee 100% satisfaction with each sale, so please let me know if there is a problem. I can accept exchange for items as well. Custom items are not refundable.
