Additional policies and FAQs
Q. Can you customize a photo by adding or removing the toning?
A. Yes. I can add or remove the color tone from all my images.

Q. Do you offer volume discounts?
A. Yes. I have special low price offers up to 50% lower for those who want to resell images in a physical brick and mortar store. Minimum orders of 100 images is required.

Q. Do you have an image of ____________?
A. Possibly. I have access to several large research archives in addition to a very large personal collection of film negatives. Just let me know what you're looking for and I will do my best to locate it.

Q. What kind of printer and paper do you use?
A. I do not use inkjet or laserjet printers. All my images are professionally printed as real photos where light sensitive paper is exposed to the image and then chemically processed. I use Fuji Crystal Archive II by default for images 12x18 and smaller. Photos larger than 16x20 and larger use Fuji Crystal Archive Supertype PD Professional paper. All 12x18's can be upgraded to the professional paper.

Q. What's the difference between the professional paper and non-professional paper?
A. Visually the images look identical and are virtually impossible to tell which is which. The primary difference is quality of the paper so the professional paper is thicker/heavier, it has a little bit nicer feel, and is designed to last 100 years in normal home environments.
