Payment can be made via PayPal.

Please make your payment at the time of sale. If you would like insurance or changes to the method of shipping contact me before making payment and I will update your invoice to include the changes.

Canadian customers are required to pay the GST/HST rate applicable to their province. USA and International customers are exempt from Canadian sales taxes but are responsible for customs and duties required by their country.

Overpayments in shipping over $1.50 are promptly refunded via PayPal.
Shipping
Providing great customer service is very important to me. I will do all I can to ensure your order arrives safely and in a timely fashion. Shipments are made via Canada Post using their most economical option available. If you require insurance, faster service, or a tracking # and are willing to pay more for shipping, other options can be provided.

NOTE TO CANADIAN AND US CUSTOMERS: The shipping amount listed with each item is an estimate. If you would prefer a more accurate quote, please convo your Postal Code or Zip Code before making your purchase. Overpayments in shipping over $1.50 are promptly refunded via PayPal.

NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (Outside of US and Canada):
You will be invoiced separately through PayPal for shipping costs. When I receive notice of your purchase, I will send you a message with your options (surface, air, express etc.) and then invoice you based on your choice.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do hope you'll be happy with your purchase from Vintage Sparrow's Nest. If you have a problem with a transaction, let me know and I will work with you to resolve the issue. Convo me and I will make every effort to respond to your concerns within 1 business day.

If the only solution is to return the item please note that shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded. Refund requests must be filed within 3 days of receipt of goods. All returns must be insured and packed securely to assure their safe arrival and they must arrive back to me within 10 days of filing for a refund.
