Thanks for checking out the Vintage Vantage Shop! I've had a lot of these items for many years. Many of these items are "antique," while a few are "vintage." Splitting hairs, maybe, but I always make it clear in the individual item description the age and condition of the piece.

Please know that I accept payment through PayPal, credit, debit, or Etsy gift cards. Payment is expected within 3 days of sale (if not, the sale is canceled and void).
Shipping

Upon receipt of payment, I will ship within three to five business days.

Anything weighing 13 oz. or less will be shipped First Class. I will also try to ship Priority or Flat Rate, if I can keep the shipping costs down. All other items will ship USPS Parcel Post, which can be expected to take anywhere from 7 to 10 days, depending on your location. If you need the item sooner, please convo me BEFORE PURCHASING for a quote for expedited shipping.

Once the item is in the hands of the postal service, I am no longer responsible for it. This includes lost or damaged items.

Insurance is added ONLY if you request it. This usually adds $1.75-$2.50 to the shipping costs.

I ship to your confirmed PayPal address, unless notified otherwise.

If I overestimate the postage by more than $2, you will be refunded.

ATTENTION ALL INTERNATIONAL BUYERS!! All international orders are shipped via United States Postal Service International First Class (if under 4 pounds) or International Priority (for boxes over 4 pounds).

International customers are responsible for any and all Customs fees, taxes and duties associated with shipping/purchasing to their respective countries.
Refunds and Exchanges
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

All items are vintage, so you can expect some wear and tear. If you feel I have unfairly represented the condition of an item, please talk to me about it. I want all my customers to feel like they have been treated fairly.

I will refund your money as long as the following conditions are met:
1. Item must be returned in its original condition
2. Item is returned to me within one week of receiving it, and I have been notified in a timely manner.
3. Buyer pays for all return shipping charges.
Additional policies and FAQs
I will hold items for a specific time agreed upon between buyer and seller. If the buyer does not purchase the item within that time span, I will relist the item.
