Shipping
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
U.S. Postal Service, Priority Mail is generally used unless there is a less expensive option. You will be notified when your order ships and tracking number will be provided
If insurance or confirmation receipt is needed, there will be an additional charge to cover these fees.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - U.S.P.S. Priority Mail:
We prefer using United States Postal Service Priority Mail for International Shipping. It can be TRACKED. It's more expensive than First Class Int'l Mail, but it gives everybody peace of mind. Arrival time for international items depend on destination country Customs Procedures. If insurance or confirmation receipt is needed, there will be an additional charge to cover these fees.

INTERNATIONAL MAIL U.S.P.S. - First Class Mail:

Items may arrive in a week or as long as 3 - 4 weeks (possibly longer). We have absolutely no control over First Class International Mail delivery because there is NO TRACKING. If you choose to select this method of delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any losses.

COMBINED SHIPPING:
Available when multiple items are purchased.

Refunds and Exchanges
I want my customers to be happy. I do offer returns /refunds* but ONLY if the item is significantly different than described.

PHOTOGRAPHS:
Important part of the description so please study them carefully.

COLOR: Another issue could be that of the item’s color. One person’s "violet" may be another person’s "purple" so don’t rely on the words alone – ask specific questions, and study the photographs. Also, the color you see depends on the camera, the lighting and your computer monitor. If the photo does not reflect the color accurately I mention this in the description, but again, please ask questions.

SIZING: With clothing and shoes, if you have not measured an item of yours to compare with my measurements and the item does not fit, this is not a reason for return. Do not go by the marked size alone as some items may have been taken in or let out and all designers have different ways of sizing. Size charts can vary significantly especially with Vintage Clothing. Please Measure and Compare! We want you to be happy with your purchase.

CONDITION: Please do not expect absolute perfection in vintage items, as most will show some signs of wear. To be considered VINTAGE, the item must be at least 20 years old. Look closely at photos and read descriptions carefully. Unless specifically stated that item has been cleaned, or dry cleaned they are being sold in vintage condition and will usually benefit from a cleaning. All of our items are stored in and mailed from a smoke free and mothball free environment.


To request a refund you must notify us within 3 days of receiving item. Describe the problem, we will work with you to find a solution.

Once approved for return, the package must be postmarked within 7 days. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
