We may choose to ship items with clean, recycled materials (reused bubble wrap, tissue paper, boxes, or padded envelopes, etc.) All of our items are previously worn or used unless otherwise indicated. Please examine photos carefully for any stones or parts that may be missing. Items are sold as-is. Stone and metal colors are our best-educated guess unless the piece has an actual marking. Our household has pets, but is non-smoking; however, since many pieces are from estates, we do not know if they were in a smoker's home previously. If you have any concerns or questions, please ask before ordering.
