Our road to Etsy. . .

I was always passionate about Art. I love color, creativity, and design. I have collected, studied, and loved many different genre's of art. About 25 years ago I was reading one of my favorite Art journals and there was a fascinating article about the artistry of Vintage Costume Jewelry Designers. That was it for me; I was off and running learning about these amazingly talented people and their companies. And my vintage jewelry collecting began. I later started sharing my passion with our daughter, which was great! She was another "set of eyes" out there looking for wonderful finds. . . . and, so our collection grew.

Then after working for over 30 yrs (eek) retirement was a bit of a shock. Everyday is like a Saturday. I found it hard to know what day of the week it is without a work schedule. . . and that's a scary feeling. So I knew I had to solve the "what am I going to do with all this time dilemma".

I was aware of Etsy, in fact I had been a customer for quite awhile, so why not, I thought we can give it a try. So I started listing pieces we selected very slowly, not at all sure about what I was doing, in fact if someone found our shop I was giddy, wondering how did they find us?
After a few months of wandering around aimlessly on Etsy I decided to join a team - I was
a bit surprised that they accepted such a novice - but they did, and that was the best thing ever. So many wonderful Etsy mentors that are so willing to teach, and share it is such a terrific environment, supportive, welcoming, and fun!

I have collected vintage pieces for over 20 years. We saw these wonderful pieces as an art forms to add to our ever growing collection. I rarely used any of these vintage pieces ~ just held on to them for their awesome beauty. After leaving the corporate world I have decided that its time to let go of most of my collection. As a family we have also maintained a small jewelry business primarily focused on gemstones and sterling silver pieces; as well as, some pieces by master silversmiths in Taxco Mexico. This is a business that we established selling at upscale events in Sourthern California. Collecting has been an act of love with a touch of obsession - please enjoy these wonders as I have!

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations

Returns and exchange details
Of course refunds will be made if an item arrives damaged or if lost in the mail. Please let us know immediately if an item does not arrive or is damaged so that we can contact the postal service and get the problem resolved.

We do not allow refunds for buyer's remorse so please ask all the questions you need to make a
selection that is just right for you! We will be glad to send additional photos or measurements.

All items are sold "AS IS" and all sales are considered final.

Vintage items are almost always pre-worn and will typically have some level of wear. We make a tremendous effort to accurately describe our items and note any noticeable flaws. Detailed photos are provided to further illustrate condition and appearance. Measurements and weight (when applicable) are provided for the buyer to determine proper fit.


We welcome and encourage you to ask questions and/or request additional photos prior to purchasing if needed.

If somehow we described an item substantially incorrect (i.e. significant damage or flaws not noted), we will accept returns under the following conditions:

1. We must be notified within THREE (3) days upon your receiving the item to request a refund. The item must be shipped within TWO (2) days upon an agreed return.

2. If your item is damaged in the shipping process, we require same day notification from when it is received and will request proof of damage via photos.

3. Items MUST be returned in the same way that they were sent (most likely 1st Class USPS) If your item was shipped with delivery confirmation and insurance, it must be returned using those shipping options.

4. Items must also be returned in the same exact condition as it was when it originally shipped.

5. We do not refund shipping costs associated with returning the item.

6. Refunds will be made only after the item has been recieved and inspected

Again, returns will NOT be excepted for... buyer’s remorse, if item doesn’t fit or for color variation (each computer displays differently), or stones falling out or damage after wearing. These are used vintage items and stones falling out (or chains and clasps breaking) can be happen.


LAYAWAY can be arranged. Ask, and we will be happy to accommodate! Generally, 1/3 of the purchase price (plus shipping) for a down payment (non-refundable), and the balance payable in 45 days. Items must be over $100.00. There are no refunds or exchanges on Layaway items.

RESERVES can be made for a period of three days. If, at the end of (3) days, you are unable to complete your purchase, we will contact you to inform you that the item will be returned to our inventory. This is a courtesy to you, the buyer. If you need to extend this time let's discuss!
We except PayPal, direct payment to Etsy, and Etsy Gift Cards.
Attention International Buyers! Please be aware that there may be VAT, import or customs fees in your country. These fees are your responsibility, and we cannot be aware of the fees for every country. Please check with your local postal service.",

We use the US postal service to ship. We use USPS 1st Class or priority flat rate boxes on request at a slightly higher rate. We will insure over $100 (which will be a charge based on actual shipment value). We ship within 1 - 3 business days.

Shipping prices have also been raised for international shipments. We ship to CANADA,the UK, Australia, and many other countries. On custom forms we state "used fashion accessory or jewelry", and list the value as the amount paid for jewelry only - not including shipping fee.

International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and other fees incurred on international packages. Also, please be advised that we will NOT falsify customs documents by marking a package as a "gift" on customs forms. Refunds will not include customs or duty fees. International packages that are refused at the point of delivery will not be refunded.
Additional policies and FAQs
International Buyers! PLEASE NOTE: Etsy recently began adding the text "Vat included (where applicable)" and "GST included (where applicable)". We are not registered to collect tax in other countries, so for the items in our shop, it is NOT "applicable" for us to charge/include tax. Therefore our items DO NOT include tax. The customer is responsible for paying all taxes/duties/fees, etc. that their country charges.

** By purchasing, the buyer further agrees that laws governing the European Economic Community shopping rights DO NOT apply to their order.**

Frequently asked questions
International Customers

First we want you to know we love our International customers. Please be aware that there may be VAT, import or customs fees in your country. These fees are your responsibility they most often do not apply to the items we sell, but if they do in your country you will be responsible for paying them. So, please check with your local postal service. Additionally, we will report the actual value of the the package on the package, as it is illegal to falsify the value or content of any package our custom forms. Thank you for shopping with us.

What do I do if item arrives damaged or Seller misrepresented the item?

If item arrives damage, please convo seller with what the damage is, and a picture or two of the broken item, the box it came in and the outside packaging. We will contact you within 24 hours with furhter instructions.

Seller Misrepresented item:

Contact seller immediately after delivery of package. Let us know how it was misrepresented. We will review and contact you within 24 hours with instructions.

We do not refund for any of the following reasons:

a) Buyers remorse
b) Improper size or fit (unless we misrepresented the size)
c) Shipping to you or return postage
d) If covered by postal insurance
e) Color in pictures not exact
f) If we shipped on time, but package did not arrive on time (ie Christmas or Birthday gift)


International packages are insured to the point that they leave the US Airport. If you want your international package insured and tracked to your door there will be an additional charge, please CONTACT US BEFORE placing your order if this is your choice.

When you do not choose request Express International shipping(which is quite expensive), we can only guarantee that it left the US soil, and will only insure it to that point.

Additionally, if your international package does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact your Customs or Postal Service before contacting us. Thank you!
