As the world adjusts to the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19), first and foremost, we are being guided by the recommendations of the CDC, WHO and other leading health organizations. All flat surfaces, items to be shipped (when appropriate) and equipment used in the shipping process are being regularly disinfected and sanitized. We consider our VS customers extended family and your safety and wellbeing is of utmost importance.
Common areas like door handles, copiers and counters are cleaned twice daily using disinfecting wipes and other disinfectant cleaners on larger surfaces and there are hand sanitizers at print and shipping areas throughout the shop.
We want to reassure our customers that we are thoroughly washing our hands before packing and shipping your orders.
We are closely monitoring the health of all VS employees. If anyone in our small shop displays symptoms we will halt all shipments, temporarily close our shop and notify any customer who has received a shipment in the past 30 days.
When ordering please check your estimated delivery date before purchasing. If you ever need your order to arrive before that date, please message us and we will happily to expedite your shipping. VS processes, ships, & delivers all orders within the guidelines of Etsy.
We love antiques and vintage items! However, VS does NOT provide appraisal services. Please contact a licensed appraiser in your local community.

What is your layaway plan?
Layaway plans are a way to pay for purchases in installments as a service to our customers. You can pick out the item(s) that you want to purchase ($75.00 minimum) & make payments. A 20% down payment is required. Down payments and monthly installments are agreed between the customer and Vintage Summers Ltd. on an individual basis.
The customer agrees to make weekly, bi-weekly or monthly installment payments over a 30, 60 or 90 days plan. The merchant holds the items so that others can't purchase them, but the items won't be shipped until the purchase is paid in full. If the customer fails to make payments on time or cancels the layaway plan, the merchandise is returned to inventory and the customer forfeits all payments to date.
How do you grade your items?
We do extensive research on all our items and take care to note their condition. Please use the guide below to know what to expect when purchasing. As always please contact us if you have any questions.
Mint/Perfect: In Like new condition
Near Mint: In nearly “like new” condition with very minor flaws
Excellent: Very minor flaws which do not compromise the item
Very good: Minor flaws, object still completely functional
Good: Minor flaws, easily repairable or used with defects
Fair: Several noted flaws, item for decorative purposes, parts or prop
