Returns and exchange details

Damaged during shipping will be replaced with the same or similar product once returned. Items not received due to buyer supplying incomplete/incorrect address will not be refunded unless package is returned to sender.

Shipping

Items are shipped in padded envelopes unless order is very large. Large orders will be shipped in the most economical box possible.
If buyer supplies incorrect address the buyer is responsible. This may include paying to reship if item is returned to seller or repaying to receive item.
