I ordered a decal for my 15" MacBook Pro, but was sent a significantly smaller one (like for an iPad?). I put it on, and it just looked wrong. I compared it to the listing, and saw that the decal should be much bigger (as pictured in the listing). Also, a section of the nose kept coming off. I contacted the seller, and he claimed that the size was indeed correct - even though it did not match the larger example image in the listing. He offered me a new nose piece, but that was it. I then sent a convo to him that because I was unhappy with my order, I would be purchasing a new decal from a different seller (which I did, and it fits JUST like it shows in the picture!). The seller sent a convo back that he was going to make a new one (unnecessary at this point, because I had already bought the new one from another seller) - but now he's mysteriously "on vacation" and I never saw/heard/received anything after that. Go figure. It's not like I could have sent it back, because I had already "used" it, but I don't feel like this was very good customer service on his part. I would not order from him again for fear of getting the wrong item again and being told that it was right.
