Después de aventurarme en la enseñanza, hacía tiempo que había puesto mi título de arte y diseño y todo mi conocimiento artesanal en una caja en lo alto de un estante.

Allí se sentó a ponerse polvoriento, todos mis mejores planes de elaboración pusieron fin.

Cada vez que intentaba hacer manualidades, mis esfuerzos se veían interrumpidos por las luchas de tener 2 pequeñas personas apareciendo, una tras otra, una serie de perros de crianza y una carrera que dejaba poco espacio para algo realmente.

Después de perder a algunas personas cercanas a mí y darme cuenta de lo preciosa que es la vida, en la Navidad de 2022 hice un voto de que 'esta vez el próximo año pase lo que pase, ¡no estaré en la misma posición en la que estoy ahora!'

¡Así que dejé mi trabajo! 😬
Asumió un nuevo papel. 💪
Y empezó a hacer de nuevo 💕

Y bueno, ¡estos son mis esfuerzos!

After venturing into teaching, I’d long since put my art and design degree and all my craft knowledge in a box high on a shelf.

There it sat getting dusty,all my best made crafting plans put to an end.

Whenever I’d try to get crafting, my efforts were disrupted by the struggles of having 2 little people appear, one after the other, a string of foster dogs, and a career which left little room for anything really.

After losing a few people close to me and realising how precious life is, Christmas 2022 I made a vow that ‘this time next year whatever happens I will not be in the same position I am now!’

So I left my job! 😬
Took on a new role.💪
And started making again 💕

And well, these are my efforts!
