What an amazing experience! I bought a pair of earrings as a Christmas present and unfortunately did not get them in time for the 25th. Once I messaged Virginia she immediately set out to get to the bottom of it. The post office was running behind by a couple of weeks so she decided to hand deliver another pair of earrings to my house (we are a couple of towns over). Like I said, amazing! Luckily, the original pair arrived just as Virginia was about to drive out. The service and care she provided was above and beyond. The earrings themselves are beautiful and very well crafted.
