Handcrafted Jewelry Found & Forged On The Road

Sustainability is at the forefront of every decision made at Viridian Range – from the design of each pair of earrings, the materials used, where it’s sourced, how it’s disposed of, and packaging materials. I am aware of my footprint and strive to be environmentally conscious. Viridian Range isn't just about pretty jewelry, but making a statement.

All the earrings are made from used bullet casings collected by me on our public lands. Yes, they were mindlessly left behind as trash. But they’re more than that. The earrings speak for themselves and a reminder of how everything we do makes an impact.

Each piece is individually created and naturally patinaed by hand, making them unreplicateable. It’s a multi-day process from start to finish. Each pair of earrings comes with the GPS coordinates of where the shells were collected.

The earrings are made of salvaged bullet and shot gun casings found in forests, mountains and deserts across the U.S. The ear wires are handmade using 14K gold filled and sterling silver wires (recycled gold and sterling silver wires will be used instead soon). All wire materials are products of the U.S.

1% of all Viridian Range sales are donated to an environmental non-profit organization. The Wilderness Society is the recipient for 2020.

I am an outdoor enthusiast who lives full-time on the road in my 100% solar powered RV, called the Toaster (@livesmallridefree). My adoration for one of a kind jewelry and desire to repurpose whatever I can drew me to start creating my own. I hope you enjoy the beauty that combining creativity, randomness, and salvaging items bring.

Stand out. Make your mark. Sustainably.

I adore one of a kind statement jewelry along with dogs, fries, mango sorbet, and strongly believe in treading gently in our forests.

Additional Return Info

Let me know if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase. I don't have a permanent address since we travel around full-time, but I will do my best to work with you on returns.

Gift wrapping and packaging

In order to minimize the amount of waste created, the earrings will be placed inside a simple origami envelope reusing existing packing paper. The jewelry will be mailed in a padded envelope made from recycled material. Please keep our environment in mind and continue to reuse the packaging, or recycle it.

Care instructions

Even though all the patinaed earrings have been sprayed with clear lacquer, it's best to keep them away from water, lotions, perfumes, and chemicals of all kinds.
