Thank you for shopping at Art & Soul! Everything listed in our page is hand-painted ceramics or hand-made jewelry created by me or one of our wonderful in-house artists in New Canaan, CT, USA. Even though every effort is made to achieve consistency, variations in colors and glaze results are all part of the process.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
If you are unhappy for any reason please let me know within 3 days and I will happily exchange your purchase or issue a store credit (less the original shipping charge) once the item(s) are returned. The buyer is responsible for the safe return and all shipping costs. Contact me for return authorization before you do anything.

If you receive your item damaged let me know within 72 hours so a damage claim can be filed and your refund can be processed asap. If you delay, any claim will likely be denied by the carrier. You must also keep all shipping materials until claim is approved. Consider taking photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging in case the shipper requires proof of damage.
Payment
Art & Soul accepts the following payment methods:
-Paypal
-Credit Cards (either through Paypal or by phone.)

In all cases, payment must be received before the items will be shipped. Please follow the link to Paypal to complete your purchase. If payment has not been received, and I have not received a response to my inquiries or further information from you within 10 days, your order will be cancelled and the item re-listed for sale.

If your shipping address is in Connecticut, appropriate taxes will be added.

Please include your Etsy user id, date of purchase, transaction number, and the items purchased in any email you send in regards to payment for your item.
Shipping
On most domestic (US) orders, we ship by USPS Priority/First Class Mail so your purchase should arrive within 3-5 days of shipping. On Heavier/Bulkier Items we will ship either by USPS Parcel Post or UPS (whichever is more economical for you).

The shipping charge is as shown for each item and is based on the size of the item. If additional items are purchased at the same time each additional item will be charged at approximately 40% of the first item (for items going to the same original shipping address). Shipping upgrades are available upon request prior to the actual of purchase and will be charged appropriately.

Insurance is included in the shipping price.

Items shipped to an incorrect address which was provided to us is the responsibility of the buyer. 
 
Important note: Please make sure the address confirmed on your Paypal account is the accurate address before buying. Due to Paypal policies, we can only ship to the address on your Paypal account. If you want the item to be shipped to a different address (work, giftee), please add and select this address in your PayPal account profile when paying.

If you live near New Canaan, CT shipping can be saved if you want to stop by the studio and pick up your item(s), just type "pickup" in the coupon code and we will contact you to set up a time to pick up your item(s).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship First Class, not International Priority on international orders. "Convo" us if you wish to upgrade for an additional fee. International Rates and delivery times are estimates and may vary. We reserve the right to adjust the shipping if actual cost is found to be substantially more then estimate. Many countries impose duties and/or fees on packages and buyer is responsible for any and all of these on international shipments. We cannot tell you if your country will impose any fees, please consult your local postal authorities. Tracking is generally not available on international shipments, so we can only guarantee shipment, not receipt of your package.
