5 out of 5 starsI have been patiently wanting a piece from Ivan and Alina and I couldn’t be any happier upon receiving it. It’s a beautiful teapot but also a useable piece of art that I will enjoy daily. Made with impeccable care and craftsmanship, I’m honoured to own something made by this wonderful couple! Thoughtfully packed with a personal touch, the delicate pot looks even better in person and is a joy to use and brew with.

Frequently asked questions
Is it expensive?
Our ceramics is one of a kind, it takes a lot of time and attention to make it with hand-building only and you won't find anything like it in the whole world of which we are sure. But you're buying not just a form.
For us the feeling of the object as a whole is important. It's alive material that is fulfilling and gives you the opportunity to interact with the material world on another level. It's something that can only be experienced if you allow it to happen. And something photos can't express :)
So we invite you to see, feel & interact more deeply through ceramics - it's our way of expression. You might give it a try. To pay attention to what is within the form and enjoy it fully.
Care instructions
Our ceramics are totally food-safe (with no lead). But we do not recommend using a dishwasher because the unglazed clay surface is not supposed to be used with chemicals. Plus mechanical damage may occur if it is not treated carefully inside the dishwasher and during the washing process.
After each use, discard the tea leaves and rinse the pottery with warm water. Let it air dry or wipe with a towel. No other cleaning is required. So we recommend using just water and sponge which is enough.
Also, we do not recommend to use it with microwave oven because of the natural mineral and sand particles in locally mined clay that we use in our clay blends for the ceramic process.
How to handle Raku ware and about Raku firing process
Raku ware is a type of Japanese teaware. Often in the form of chawan or tea bowl characterized by being porous after thermal shock, that means crazing might appear. Though the ceramics itself remains water-tight and not leaking through in any way.
Crazing refers to a crack-like pattern. It is not actually a scratch or a crack, it is the natural raku-firing effect which we try to achieve in its best look.
We personally are fond of the live process so we dare to let some of our ceramics have that crazing. Crazing in the glaze get colored over time and we hope you enjoy those changes as if cultivating them yourself.
Raku ware is also vulnerable to acid, so it is not advisable to put acid foods in it for after-firing effects to preserve.

Regular shipping policies (please read an additional FAQ below about the shipping during the pandemic restrictions)
Items are shipped via Small Packet registered UkrPoshta Airmail from Ukraine within 1-3 business days after receiving the payment.
Be sure to check whether your Etsy shipping address is correct.
If you are in a rush - convo us and we'll decide the way to send it faster for you.
We are happy to combine items for shipping.

All items are packaged carefully in order to arrive in perfect condition and given a tracking number.

Damage, delays or losses
Although all items are carefully wrapped and packaged and highly unlikely to break in transit, we add insurance policy for each package in case of unfortunate accidents (damage or loss). In such case, we may ask for your support (requesting a damage report for a shipping provider) for an insurance claim.
That is why you should consider opening the package at the Post Office and check if everything arrived safely.
In the case of postal delays which usually take time before holidays we ask you to consider longer delivery time. If any shipping trouble appears just write us straight away.
If you had a problem with your order, please contact us before leaving your feedback.
We will do our best to fix the problem.
Return policy
It is important for us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase so if any question occurs - please contact us within 14 business days after receiving the item and we can discuss a solution.
Items from our shop may be returned within 21 days after receiving if they do not meet your expectations. You will be given a full refund less shipping costs and 10% of the sum of your order which is transaction fee policy in Ukraine.
(e.g. item cost 50$ + shipping cost 10$ = total 60$. You'll get a refund that equals 60$ - 6$ transaction fee - 10$ shipping cost = 44$)
Please note if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Cancellation policy
We accept cancellations for 24 hours after the purchase.
If in doubt or any question occurs - feel free to message us immediately so we can find the best solution.
Please note that you will be given a full refund less 10% of the sum of your order which is transaction fee policy in Ukraine.
(e.g. item cost 50$ + shipping cost 10$ = total 60$. You'll get a refund that equals 60$ - 6$ transaction fee = 54$)
Return policy in case of free shipping
For some items in our shop we have a free shipping option which means that shipping is included in the total price of the item. We made such an option for customers to see the total price right away and not to count shipping cost separately during checkout.
If return takes place, please note that you will be given a full refund less shipping costs and 10% of the sum of your order which is transaction fee policy in Ukraine. The shipping cost is confirmed with the Post Office check. (e.g. item cost 50$ . You'll get a refund that equals 50$ - 5$ transaction fee - 10 $ shipping cost = 35$)
International shipping and shipping during pandemic restrictions
As of the times of pandemic restrictions, we try to find the best solution for the shipping.
If your order consists of one item we usually ship it with Ukrposhta Airmail or UPS consolidation if the package isn't big.
If you buy two or more items we prefer sending them by UPS consolidation as it proves to be a faster way.
Please consider that delivery can take longer but the tracking information is provided so no need to worry. In any case, you can ask us any questions about your parcel.
It is better to order the ceramics before 2nd, December if you want to have it in time as we don't know how long the holiday shipping will take this year.
For express shipping, there is always the UPS Express option (between 5-8 days) and it works well.
