Thank you for stopping by Vitrine, where all items are handmade and crafted with love and attention to detail! My creations have been gifted and worn by many Hollywood celebrities and been seen on TV and at invite-only exclusive gift Lounges for the Golden Globes, New York Fashion Week and the Emmys.
We accept credit card payments and PayPal.
To use your credit card with PayPal when you don't have an account:
1. Click "Pay with PayPal" at the end of the checkout process.
2. Now you are at PayPal. Click "Continue" to pay with a credit card if you don't have a PayPal account.
3. Enter your credit card and personal info. Click "Review Order and Continue."
4. Review your order. If everything is correct, Click "Pay (dollar amount) Now."
For custom orders 50% of the payment is required for me to process your order. This amount is non-refundable. The balance is required before I ship your order.
I ship within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. I ship from Dubai, United Arab Emirates using registered post. (For buyers in the UAE I use Emiratespost- $2 or you can upgrade for FedEx-$8)
Depending on where you are your order could take 15-30 business days. Keep this is mind when ordering!
UAE: 1-2 business days with FedEx, longer with EmiratesPost
US/South America: 3-5 weeks
Canada- 2-3 weeks
UK- 1-2 weeks
Europe 2-3 weeks
Asia, Australia, New Zealand: 3-6 weeks
if you'd like to receive your order soon, use the Shipping Upgrade (FedEx for 3-4 business days delivery- $40)
If you use an unconfirmed address and the item is lost in transit, I will no longer be refunding the cost of the item.
Additionally, there is a small chance that the item will be held up a few weeks by import custom clearance and there is nothing I can do about it. In particular, the United States Postal service is known to be highly unpredictable with regard to incoming international mail (I have had customers reporting delivery anywhere between 15 days to 4-6 calendar weeks) so please allow sufficient time for the package to arrive. Please accept my apologies for the long transit time and hope you understand the challenges of buying from a global marketplace.
Customer is responsible for all taxes/ customs/ duties to receive the item. If you choose to not accept these to receive your item and the item is returned to the seller, no refund will be issued.
Please note that I now ship by registered mail with tracking through emiratespost.ae
Once the item reaches your country it might be trackable through your country's postal service online(USPS.com for the United States, canadapost.ca for Canada).
If you'd like to expedite your package, less than 500g will be around $40 for North America. Pls contact me prior to purchase to make sure your package can reach you in the time frame required!
Refunds and Exchanges
Please let me know if there's a problem with your item upon receipt. I will work with you for an acceptable solution! Please convo me before leaving ratings of 1,2 or 3. I take EXTREME pride in 100% customer satisfaction! :)
Returns can be done within 3 days of receiving the item. If you'd like a refund you will have to send the item to me (with tracking) and I will issue the refund (less shipping) upon receipt.
Shipping charges will not be refunded (unless ofcourse I've made a mistake with your order)
No refunds on custom made items, unless the item varies considerably from what we discussed and/ or I have made a mistake with your order.
Refunds on a case by case basis.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Returns will also not be accepted if the item sent is exactly as pictured/described.
Lastly, refund will be issued upon seller receiving the item in same condition as sold.
