Welcome to the store VivaArcenciel!

Hello! I created this store to present handmade jewelry that is made of wood by my design. Art paintings on wood I deal with more than 10 years and at first it was decorative items to decorate the home. But then it became my hobby jewelry through the love of miniature painting and the opportunity to put them bolder ideas.
I also create jewelry from other materials, for example, from polymer clay, from resin and dried plants. My experiments never stop, I'm interested in trying something new.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
I am happy to provide you with a refund or exchange for goods (excluding the shipping charge if it is not due to an error on our end, and excluding 10% commissions PayPal and my intermediary) in their original condition provided you contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you item was damaged upon receiving it, please contact me with a photo of the product within 14 days of receiving it and I will be more than happy to issue you a refund.

If you don't have a PayPal account, just click "Check out with PayPal" and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card". ( full instruction is here )
I shall ship your order out within 1 -5 days after payment is received. But if you need something in a hurry just contact me and I will send you a package soon.

Make sure that your shipping address and paypal address match. I will ship to the Etsy address unless you make a note of a different address in the "Message to Seller" box after checking-out. You can also provide your contact phone number that simplify the work of the postman.

I use Ukrainian Postal Service to ship your order. Item will be carefully packed and shipped via Airmail from Ukraine. Shipping takes about 10 to 21 business days. Please contact with me as soon as possible, if you are not receiving the item within 3 weeks.
IMPORTANT: Please keep in mind that over the festive period postal services in many countries do not work as quickly and delivery parcels may increase. Seller can not affect it. but if you need delivery by a certain time, plan ahead. Or ask about express delivery ( parcel will come to you in 4-8 business days, quick delivery cost - 45$ )
Normally parcels brought to the specified address and give you after signature.

If the postman no one would find at home , the parcel will be for some time kept at the local post office.

Have time to pick it up for a few weeks until the parcel is not sent back. (You can provide your contact phone number in the note to the order. Then the postman will soon contact you.)

Each parcel will be assigned to an international track number. I'll tell it to you after sending. Please note that in some countries, postal companies do not keep track of the track number correctly. For example, in Canada, Australia and the Netherlands international parcels upon arrival and is assigned a different number to trace parcel movement can only be addressed to the National Post and learning this new number.

Buyers from the United States can order redelivery, if you want to get the parcel to another address, or if the first time the parcel was not delivered because no one was home.
