Quality and service are priority one. Every product is setup and produced in-house by myself. My goal is not to sell the most, or offer the lowest prices. Instead, I want to offer exceptional service, the best quality possible, and know that I did the very best I could filling each and every order.

Manufacturing defect – If there is a manufacturing error or product defect, please contact us for an immediate replacement or refund.
Personalization errors - Yes, mistakes do happen...
- if the error was ours, and the product received was not as ordered, please contact us for an immediate replacement or refund.
- If the error was due to your mistake when the order was placed, please contact us for a replacement with a 40% discount plus shipping.

If you decide to cancel your order, or discover an error in your order, please contact us ASAP. Orders can be cancelled or changed up until the product is manufactured.
Shipping
We do not guarantee USPS delivery dates. Priority Mail delivery service days are an estimate by the USPS. An order shipped USPS Priority Mail 2 day is not guaranteed to be delivered in two days.

We will ship up to 4 pounds international by USPS First Class Package International Service. Buyer is responsible for any charges levied by Customs.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please be aware that you will be responsible for any taxes, VAT, customs duties, handling/brokering fees or other amounts that may be levied by your home country for importing. Check with your Customs Office and/or Postal Service if you are concerned about possible tariffs. Our government requires a customs declaration of value form on all parcels leaving The United States.
We cannot declare any items you purchase as a gift.
All U.S. orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation with the exception of business card holders, easel stands, baby bibs, license plates, hardboard coasters and phone covers. Bibs, card holders, easel stands, license plates, hardboard coasters and phone covers are lightweight and will be shipped USPS First Class Mail with delivery tracking. Utilizing First Class mail for lighter items allows me to pass the savings on to the buyer with lower shipping fees.
If delivery of a USPS order is delayed, we must allow a minimum of 14 days before a replacement order is shipped. The USPS does not allow an insurance claim until the order is lost for 30 days. Replacement orders will be shipped with signature required at time of delivery.
