All items will be sent tracked mail where possible. If you require a cheaper method of shipping that does not include a tracking option I am willing to provide this, but no responsibility shall be taken for items being lost in the post.

Q: Refund Policy

+Unfortunately I cannot provide refunds on any hair extensions for health and hygiene reasons. +Please consider that whilst immense care has been taken to choose the right colours, monitors and their different resolutions can end up displaying them differently. +Refunds will not be given on the basis of 'not liking the dreads' or if you feel the dreads don't suit you. +No refunds on custom orders. +Refunds will only be considered if you contact me within 7 days of receipt of your order and only if there is fault with the quality of the product. +If you do have a problem with your order, please contact me before leaving a bad review; I will always do my best to reach a positive outcome for everyone. Politeness will get you everywhere.

RUSH ITEMS: If you would like to order something, but need it by a specific date that is not within the standard turnaround time perimeters, PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE ORDERING. I like to consider myself pretty flexible and will always try and accommodate your order, but I may need to apply a small surcharge to make this feasible. If you do not contact me first before ordering a 'rush item' there is a chance that all I will be able to do is refund your item.

These dreadlocks are beautiful! I love the color and the little charms in them. I noticed they’ve been sitting in your shop for quite some time and I’m happy to give them a home! They are pretty stiff but I’m sure with time they will soften. I’ve installed them myself, and I have to say I am not used to the length. They are much longer than I thought, and I’m a very short person and so I don’t think I’ll be able to keep them in for long. Either way I love them!! Thank you so much 🥰😘

So, I FINALLY installed these dreadlocks, and they are just perfect! They’re the perfect accent dreads. The colours are so vibrant and stunning, they feel super well-made, and they’re incredibly comfortable to wear. 10 Years Experience.

I started out making hair extensions for myself. I worked with wool and then progressed to synthetic fibre dreads. Many a mishap and unravelled dread later I got the knack and proceeded to embiggen my hair on a constant colourful basis.

After wearing dreads for a while people would ask where I had my hair done. After a while I realised it was about time I set up shop; I've worked under quite a few different names in the past, but I'm hoping this is the last change.

Since teaching myself how to make dread extensions I then went on to become a qualified Level 3 Hairdresser; taking additional courses with Goldwell, GHD and the L'Oreal Academy in London. I am also trained and qualified in installing Balmain Hair Extensions. I am competent in hair up (vintage hair a speciality), colour, cutting and general hair make-awesomeness.

I am now freelance and work in London. I am predominantly a clothes designer, but I also continue to work with hair on the side just for the pure passion of the job.
