We are happy to discuss any changes you have in mind; although custom made garments are not common with our designs being each individual cutting is handcrafted unique pieces of art, carefully thought out.

The length of our garments can be altered at a costing depending on the design, adding and the reducing of fabric.

Also, items sewn under the order are not subject to return even if they have a standard size. Such goods have a processing period of 7-10 days and this is indicated in the description of the goods.

Any delay at the destination countries are beyond my control. Buyers are responsible for any duties or custom charges that may be incurred.

YOUR ADRESS:
The order will be shipped to your ETSY address. Please make sure you provide the correct address!
If you see an error in the address, write to me immediately and I will correct it.

The shipping companies I use do not ship to mailboxes. Please write the full address. Don't be afraid to leave your phone number. I will use it only in case of an emergency.

I am not responsable for incorrect address therefore if your order is returned due to incorrect address or if you don't pick up your order, from the post office, a shipping fee will be charged to ship it again.

You can return or exchange items from the finished line. Things that are sewn according to your measurements or with changes, at your request, are not subject to return or exchange. But I assure you that all items are of excellent quality and tailoring, and you will have no reason to return the item.

The exception is a flaw or error during sewing. For the entire time of my work, there were no errors.

Items from the finished line can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. This means that during this time you must provide a track to track the parcel.
Buyer bears shipping costs

My color palette is much larger than what is shown on Etsy. In my store you can order any clothes of other colors and fabrics. I will offer you options and after agreement you can place an order. The price of the product may or may not change. It all depends on the cost of the desired fabric

If you need something urgently, place an order immediately. In the comments to the order, indicate the date of receipt, body parameters and other information required for tailoring.

This will reduce the time for correspondence and allow you to start sewing right away. In the absence of any data, I will definitely write to you. It is important that you are in touch on the first day after placing the order.
If I see that the delivery time is too short, I will write to you and cancel the order.

Fast delivery up to 10 days. It is calculated according to the weight of the product and the country of receipt and is paid after the calculation of the cost
Urgent tailoring 1-3 days.
15% of the cost of the product is added for urgency
