International customers are responsible for all custom or duty charges that may occur. All knowledge of what is permitted for shipping to the destination country is the responsibility of the buyer.

All items are shipped with priority mail from Slovenia via Slovenian Post. You will always receive a tracking number of your order and all orders require signature upon arrival.

Already-made items will be shipped in 1 - 3 working days. Custom made items will be shipped after the buyer approves the photos of the finished item.

International shipping times vary depending on the country, but are generally between 1 to 3 weeks.
