4 out of 5 starsPut the steamer just out of the direct stream of water, but not too far. The steamers do not come with directions, so I have to tell the folks I am giving them to how to use them. Also, customer service was challenging as I was charged full price instead of the sale price listed at the time I purchased the items. After many texts back and forth, I was finally refunded the few dollars that I was owed. This is the first shop on Etsy that had given me pushback over owner error. Disappointing.

What happens if my package is damaged during shipping?
We will either replace the item &/or file a claim since all of our shipments are insured. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
What happens if my package is returned to you for a bad address? Will you reship it?
Yes, we will reship after contacting you to let you know it was returned. We will charge a flat $15 re-shipping & handling fee for US deliveries. International rates will apply to re-ship outside the USA.
Can I substitute an item for another one in a spa gift box?
Yes, you can. As long as it is of equal value or a combination of items that equal the price of the item you don't want.
Can I add multiple items to one gift box and how do I do that?
Yes, you can. Simply continue to add items to your cart and then upon checkout, add a note to us, the seller, that you want them to all go into one spa gift box. Gift wrapping is $4 extra (optional) and we will add your personalized card | note for free.
