How do I access my templates?
Once your purchase is complete you will
instantly receive a PDF download through
your Etsy account containing your exclusive
Canva template link. Click the link, sign
into your free Canva account and begin
personalizing immediately. No waiting,
no software downloads, no delays.
Do I need Canva Pro to edit the templates?
Not at all. Every Vows by Design template
works perfectly with a free Canva account.
No subscriptions, no upgrades and no hidden
fees required at any point. We designed
every template specifically for the free
version so you never hit a paywall.
What elements can I edit?
Everything. Names, dates, venues, wording,
fonts, colours, layouts and spacing are all
fully editable in Canva. Our templates are
intentionally flexible so your finished
design feels custom-made rather than
templated. If you can imagine it you
can create it!
Can I reuse the template for multiple events?
Your purchase includes a personal use license which allows you to edit and download your design as many times as needed for your own personal event. You are welcome to make unlimited edits and downloads for your own wedding. However, redistribution, resale, sharing
or transferring the template to any third party is strictly prohibited under our licensing terms. Each purchase covers one couple for one event.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
As all Vows by Design products are digital downloads that are instantly accessible upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. We encourage you to review all listing photos, descriptions and the video preview carefully before purchasing to ensure the design is right
for you. If you experience any technical difficulty accessing or editing your template, please message us through Etsy
within 48 hours of purchase, and we will resolve your issue promptly and professionally. Your satisfaction is

Do you provide custom design services?
Currently, all Vows by Design templates are self-editable through Canva, giving you complete creative control over your wedding stationery. Custom personalization services will be introduced in a future phase of our collection. If you would like to be notified when custom services become available, please favourite our shop and check back regularly for exciting new announcements.
What file formats will I receive?
Upon purchase you will receive a PDF containing your exclusive Canva template link. Inside Canva you can download your finished design as a PDF, PNG or JPG. We recommend PDF for professional printing and PNG for digital sharing. All formats are high resolution and print ready.
What size is the invitation template?
Our wedding invitation template is the standard 5x7 inch size, universally accepted by professional print shops worldwide including Staples, FedEx and online printing services. We recommend printing on 110lb cardstock for a premium luxury feel.
I haven't received my download. What should I do?
Go to your Etsy account, select Purchases and Reviews and click Download next to your order. Note that downloads are not available on the Etsy app — use a browser instead. If you still need help please message us directly and we will resolve it within 24 hours🤍
Can I change the colors to match my wedding theme?
Absolutely! Every colour is fully editable in Canva. Click any element and use the colour picker or enter your exact hex code to perfectly match your wedding palette, florals or bridesmaid dresses. Our templates make cohesive wedding stationery completely effortless.
