Who are we

Our family brand Voyage was established in Prague in 2015. We were the first in the Czech Republic who started combining premium leather and 100% merino wool felt. Thanks to the constant improvement of our products, focused on a niche market and keeping high-quality standards we have become the largest manufacturer of premium sleeves for iPhone, iPad, MacBook, and other brands in the Czech Republic.

Our mission and brand values

Our mission is to produce premium sleeves for iPhone, iPad, and MacBook from the best materials on the market such as Italian leather and 100% merino wool felt. The entire production process from drawing the design to the production of packaging takes place in our modern workshop in Prague, where each of our products is lovingly manufactured. We don’t sell any ready-made products from Asia, we don’t have any mass production and even don’t use any synthetic materials. We manufacture our products using the best leatherworking techniques, we use environmentally friendly packaging and exclusively natural materials. We love what we do, so we always tend to create new original designs, improve our skills, follow the current world trends, test new materials, and try to increase production capacity. Thanks to premium materials, original own designs, and the perfect handmade quality, each Voyage piece is unique and has its own history.

Our story

Everything started with the iPhone when we were looking for a leather case. Unfortunately, offers from the local Czech shops did not satisfy our needs, so we came up with our own solution. And then in late 2015, in the beautiful city Prague the VOYAGE brand was born. Our aim was simple, make high-quality accessories for Apple mobile devices. Right from the beginning, we decided to use only the finest and most expensive materials like premium Italian leather and 100% merino wool felt.

Some months later began the most important and difficult part of our work. We've been looking for the premium leather and wool felt for a few months in different parts of the world, and finally, we've found the best materials in Italy, Germany, and Japan. Thanks to our long business trips, we named our brand.

Despite all our searching for quality materials, we also thought about the designs of our goods and people, who will be willing to produce them. Finally, after long travel, design, and editing, at the end of 2015, we released our first iPhone sleeve, which had success. Due to the customers' support, who inspire and motivate us, we are constantly growing up. Just within a year, we started to produce sleeves and covers for iPad, MacBook, wallets, document holders, pencil covers and other small products. We also expanded our workshop, employed two more artisans, added 6 colors to the assortment, started to sell worldwide, cooperated with 3 stores and participated in several trade fairs in Prague.

We place great emphasis on the quality of our products and their design. Each product is designed by us by focusing on the tiny details and thoroughly tested before we offer it to our customers. Keeping track of world trends, focusing on details, using premium materials without any synthetic ingredients, and trying to produce as functional products as possible. This is all VOYAGE.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
If there is any problem please contact us and we will solve the problem immediately. If for some reason you decide to return the goods within 14 days after receiving, please use a similar protective packing to ship it back to us.

• In case of return or exchange, the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. All Items must be unworn, unused, and in resalable condition when returning them. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

• Please note that we are not able to refund shipping costs. All costs associated with returning products are your responsibility.

• The customer's responsibility is to provide us with the right delivery address. If the buyer writes the wrong address or doesn't pick the parcel up when it arrives, the parcel will be sent back to us. In this case, we reserve the right to ship it back to you for an additional shipping fee or to issue you a partial refund of your order exclusive our original shipping costs even if the item was shipped for free.

• When returning items please consider a tracked or insured service as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages in transit. If an order is returned to us due to refused, unclaimed or unsuccessful delivery, all shipping costs and associated charges will be deducted from a refund.

• Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the item been received back by us and being inspected for any wear or damage.
We accept all major credit and debit cards and payments can be made both through Etsy Direct Checkout or Paypal.
All the items we normally ship within 2-3 days from Prague, Czechia. If you need your order to be delivered within a specific time frame, then contact us and we will ship your order with DHL, DPD, or EMS.

Estimated shipping times for standard shipping:

- Europe: 3-7 business days
- North America: 1-2 weeks
- Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 1-3 weeks
- Asia Pacific: 1-2 weeks
- Latin America and the Caribbean: 1-3 weeks
- North Africa and the Middle East: 1-2 weeks
- Sub-Saharan Africa: 1-3 weeks

Kindly note that these delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, and can vary depending on your location, festivities, bank holidays around delivery location, weather, etc. Sometimes packages to International destinations may take 4-8 weeks to arrive due to customs delays in your country. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

SHIPPING UPGRADES available at checkout (DHL, EMS or DPD)

Please, leave us your telephone number at the checkout. We will use your number to complete the courier shipping label. If there's any problem upon delivery of your order, the courier driver may attempt to contact you via telephone and ask you for further delivery instructions.

All our parcels are shipped with registered priority airmail. Packages are insured against theft and accidental damage. All packages have a tracking number and can be tracked on this website:

Please be advised that for deliveries outside the EU, shipments can be subject to import fees and taxes which are due on arrival. The buyer is responsible for all customs fees and taxes.

It's impossible for us to determine these charges as they vary from country to country and state to state. If you need any detailed information about these charges please contact your local customs office.

PLEASE NOTE: If you don't get the parcel within 3 weeks, visit your local Post Office and give them the tracking number — they could hold the parcel for you to pick up. The tracking number is provided via email that Etsy will send you when your item is marked as shipped.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please note: The leather we use is a natural product, as a result, there may occur small imperfections in structure and color.

We provide a 2-year warranty on all products within the Czech Republic and 1-year international warranty. The purchase document may be used as a certificate of warranty. Customers may acquire information on product care at in the section Products care.

The warranty does not apply to:
• Leather scuffing marked fabrics or loose stitching
• Material defects incurred by improper use
• Part defects incurred by improper use
• Sewing defects incurred by improper use

In the unlikely event of a noticeable defect in workmanship within one year from the date of purchase, we will either pay for the repair or repair your item in our workshop. Any shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Products care

Leather product components

Our products are made of the highest quality Italian leather, it is necessary to take particular care of them. The premium leather we use does mark quite easily. If you discover a light surface mark on your leather product, this can be easily buffed away with a dry finger, a piece of leather or soft cloth. When the leather gets wet it ages and hardens a little.

Don't keep your product‚ in the rain for long periods of time (keep it under your umbrella). If the product becomes wet to wipe away excess moisture and then leave to dry naturally in room temperature. Do not attempt to dry with a direct heat source.

Try to avoid the leather coming in contact with light colored clothes and vice versa: some clothes (especially denim) lose color and might rub off onto your product. Avoid the contact or embrace the developing patina. Your choice.

If in doubt or you are experiencing some pretty bad staining go to a special leather cleaning expert.
To keep the leather on your product looking its best you can apply natural leather wax, balm or oil. They all have a different effect so please apply on a small corner first. Ask a specialist in your area to recommend the best product to use. The leather tends to go darker if you treat it and does not need to be treated very often.

Felt product components

We recommend cleaning the felt components with a wet cloth and soap. The felt is hydrophobized, making it water-proof. If you have a small mark on your felt case then please leave the item to dry out before using a damp cloth to gently wipe the surface on and around the mark. Please be careful not to rub the felt too hard.

If this doesn't work and for more permanent stains, we recommend taking the product to your local dry cleaner.

Notice: Please follow the instructions and recommendations of the producer when using impregnation products. We cannot accept any responsibility for the improper use of products.

Our materials
Tuscan vegetable tanned leather // Blue
Our blue Tuscan leather matures over time, different from one piece to another. The products from Blue leather are unique and have their own life, they are not the same for their entire life, but they change, continuously, for the better. Vegetable tanned leather goes richer, warmer and darker depending on your lifestyle and how you handle the product.

Tuscan pure aniline leather // Brown, Black, Green & Graphite
Our brown, black, green and graphite pure aniline leather is a little bit softer than the blue one and natural looking leather with the unique surface characteristics of the hide remaining visible. The leather we use is the most expensive leather to produce because only the best selection of hides can be used to produce full aniline leathers. This Pure Aniline is top grain leather that is dyed for color without any pigments applied. These hides will exhibit some natural characteristics such as healed scars, scratches, neck and belly wrinkles. This leather will develop a rich patina over time and will fade with prolonged exposure to sunlight.

Premium 100% wool felt
Wool felt is a natural product. And a high standard of dye processes in Germany and contents of 100% wool make this product earth friendly and recyclable. Since wool felt is made of sheep’s wool and viscous staple fibers, this means that after the felt product has been used or become worn out, it can be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner and also feels soft to the touch.
