Custom and personalized orders
Yes, it can be done. Please send me a message and I can work with you to customize anything in my shop.
Sizing details
Size Charts should be included as photo card with each listing, but you can also always reach out to me for any specific questions regarding sizing and color options.
Shipping
I currently only ship to the USA and I charge a minimal shipping fee. For more information on shipping for a specific product, please look through the listing. Details regarding Estimated shipped date, and charges should show on the right-side panel of the listing.

When does an item ship?
Most of my items are sent for production after you place your order, which means they are made to order and not pre-made/bulk produced. Shipping usually takes anywhere between 1-7 business days after the item has been created.

Cancellations
Once you place an order, it gets sent for production pretty quickly, usually within 30-45 mins. Before your order is "produced" after you place an order, and made to order for you, I am unable to offer cancellations.
Care instructions
For apparel, totes, mugs etc. , the Care instructions are usually included as a photo card along with the listing. If you have any specific questions regarding caring for your items, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.
Business Model
I am a "Print on Demand" Seller, which means that your products are made "to order" for you, once you place your order.
In most cases, orders move to production very quickly after an order is received (Within 30-45 mins). I want my customers to have the best experience with their order, therefore please ensure to "triple check" your size/color options and please make sure to confirm your delivery address beforehand. Although I am happy to try to make edits to your order, I cannot guarantee it once it moves to production/shipping.
