Custom and personalised orders
Can I change my mind on the colour I have picked for the name? Yes but only within 24 hours of your order as I may have already started the embroidery process.
Gift wrapping and packaging
At the moment I not offer gift wrapping, your bespoke item will arrive in a mailer bag with a hand written thank you note.
Care instructions
How do I care for my item? Wash at 30 degrees or less in the washing machine, ensure there are no items with velcro in the same wash. I recommend to wash on separately to other items to ensure no damaged is caused in the washing process. Air dry if possible or tumble dry on a low heat setting for 30 minutes.
Sizing details
I'm not sure about sizing? I would recommend for your baby announcement cardigans to pick a 0-3 size, depending on the size of your baby this is most likely to be big however to be able to wear this and get your money's worth it will grow with your baby over the first few months. With the cardigans being knitted they do have some stretch so may last beyond 3 months but I can't guarantee this as every baby is different.
