Ho salvato (non accumulando) articoli selezionati nel corso degli anni. Alcuni fatti a mano, alcuni reperti fortunati. Avevo bisogno di un luogo per offrire ciò che vedevo come unico e bello, al grande pubblico. In realtà volevo e potrei ancora aprire un negozio di 2 ° mano.
Ho provato le vendite di garage, la spedizione e EBAY. Non ho mai avuto molta fortuna. Poi ho trovato ETSY. Ora posso mescolare il mio inventario, in modo da poter sempre offrire e fornire qualcosa di nuovo alla base di clienti in continua crescita che copre la maggior parte del mondo! Questo mi rende molto felice!

Mio marito ed io abbiamo aperto un negozio dell'usato chiamato "What A Deal" a Portland, OR. nel 2013. L'abbiamo gestito bene per 5 anni e poi i nostri corpi hanno insistito per ritirarci. È stato un viaggio meraviglioso.
I have been saving (Not Hoarding) select items throughout the years. Some hand made, some lucky finds. I needed a venue to offer what I saw as unique and beautiful, to the general public. I actually wanted to and may still open a 2nd Hand Store.
I tried garage sales, consignment and EBAY. I Never had much luck. Then I found ETSY. Now I can mix my inventory, so I can always offer and provide something new to the ever growing customer base that covers most of the world! This makes me very happy!
UPDATE! 2019
My husband and I DID open a Thrift Store called "What A Deal" in Portland, OR. in 2013. We ran it nicely for 5 years and then our bodies insisted that we retire. It was a wonderful journey.
