I know I will be getting compliments in this. I had one issue with the entire shopping experience. I was unable to see where my item was when shipped. All it said was pre-transit. I messaged the seller and they responded quickly, they told me where it was and provided screenshots of the location so although that was an issue the customer service was fast and effective. I would 100% purchase from Wide Brown again. Thank you!

As a blue collar woman, expressing my femininity is extremely important to me and this happened to be my favorite shade of pink (my favorite color) They also engraved my name on it for me with no added fee! Great customer service, fast response, fast shipping, high quality tool belt.
