I ordered 2 and received healthy myoga rhizomes. They took only a week for new shoots emerging indoor. I transferred them outside might be too early so some new shoots not survived the cold here but now 3 healthy myogas are thriving.

Lovely raw bonsai material, shipped fast, packed well, arrived healthy.

So overall the tree was healthy and the rootball was in fantastic shape, no circling or anything unhealthy with the roots. In terms of the actual tree everything was above and beyond expectations. It did appear there may have been traces of a pest in the box it came in so I incinerated the box immediately upon unpackaging put the tree in a sterile pot of water treated with an insecticide bath and quarantined it for a week or so. No issues and I wouldn't hesitate to order again.

The item was packaged well. I would recommend this store.
