So disappointed. I ordered from this shop for the first time based on the many positive reviews. The artwork came damaged with grease or oil stains. Since I purchased this as a gift and had plans to frame it, I quickly notified the shop to advise them. Their response was to tell me to use ‘correction fluid’ (white out) on the stains. When I responded that this is a gift and I’m not comfortable with that solution, they said to send it back for a refund. But then I would t have the gift to give. What I needed was a clean version of the art I ordered. I sent several emails, all of which went unanswered, asking if they could please send another one and we would of course send the damaged one back. NO RESPONSE. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service.

Beautiful artwork. One communication problem that I later discovered was my mistake (I failed to specify the desired orientation on a second contact with them) and they had offered to resolve. I decided to keep it anyway and use in another location. Came rolled tightly in a heavy tube to prevent damage to the delicate rice paper.
