About

A Little About Me

I started my shop in March 2011. We LOVE attending, auctions, estate sales, garage sales, flea marketing, the thrill of finding that special memory, whether mine or yours! It is hard at times to part with some, but, living in a small 2 bedroom home, there is only so much room.

I have lived all over the United States, born in raised in Nebraska, to Denver, Las Vegas, Up-State NY to presently West Virginia. Someday, I hope to move back closer to my family In Las Vegas, Nv. Till that time I stay very busy with finding vintage memories, my animals, my teenage son, and just enjoying life in the country. Nothing like a long walk in the woods, so peaceful! Love walking in the woods & taking beautiful pictures of nature at it's finest.

Welcome to my shop ~ WVpickin ~ I will only be offering vintage items, an important part of our history. I hope you will enjoy browsing here at WVpickin. I am by no means an expert, but if you have a question I will to the best of my ability answer any questions or concerns you may have. Once again welcome and enjoy !!

Accepted payment methods

Payment
I accept paypal, direct checkout, gift cards. Payment must be made within 3 days, unless other prior arrangements have been made. If payment has not been made within 3 days and no contact has been attempted, the sale will be void and item relisted. Communication is very important.

RESERVES- are up to 3 days. Thank-you.
Shipping
I will normally ship within 1-2 days after payment has been received. At this time I only ship within the United States. Tracking number will always be supplied. Insurance is upon your request, unless item is $100.00 or more I will provide insurance.

Please be sure you provide me with your correct address, as I can not be responsible for your items once they are in the hands of the USPS. Thank you for understanding.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do accept returns within 5 days of receiving the item purchased. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Buyer must pay for return shipping, as well as, tracking number.

I DO NOT refund cost of shipping for returns. If a refund is given, it will be for the cost of the item only, not for shipping costs. Buyer pays for return shipping cost.

Refund on item that may be damaged- please contact me within 5 days, after contact has been made, item must be returned in same package if possible, I require a picture of the damaged item, as well of the shipping packing materials, return cost is the responsibility of the customer, after all guide lines have been met, a full refund will be issued. DO NOT throw any of the pieces away, in the event a claim is filed the broken pieces may be needed to proceed with the claim. We cannot process a claim if the broken item and pieces are thrown away.

I sell vintage items that have been used and loved. Some items may have rust, worn paint, dents, scratches, chips, scuffs, etc. from age and use. Please ask any questions you may have before purchase, thank you.

Can I combine shipping?

If you buy more than one item, combine shipping is available whenever possible. If combine shipping is an option any overages more than $2.00, of the actual shipping cost, of all items combined, will be refunded.

When will my item arrive?

All items are carefully packaged and shipped within 1-2 days, after payment has been received, unless otherwise stated. Holidays and weekends excluded.

USPS gives their best possible delivery date estimate and tracking numbers are always provided.

I have no control on a guaranteed delivery date once in the hands of USPS.

What If My Item Is Lost or Damaged?

Lost Packages have a certain waiting time by the post office before they are considered lost.
