Currently I accept Paypal and direct payments only.
Shipping
USPS Priority Shipping is currently our standard method for all U.S. and international orders. Other methods such as USPS Express are offered upon request, though at an additional cost.
Refunds and Exchanges
Only under circumstances such as severe damage or loss of item do we offer any sort of refund, and due to the customized nature of these items at not time do we offer a full refund.
Upon request for a refund, if lost or damaged during shipment, a USPS case will be opened to ensure eligibility for reimbursement. Once this case is cleared the refund will be issued.
If loss or damage occurs within the first 15 days of purchase the item is eligible for replacement.
Additional policies and FAQs
Custom orders are purely reserved for designs we may not have listed. The photos displayed in each listing are only meant as examples and no additional fee is required for a change in the displayed message since what you are primarily purchasing is the customization itself.
