The excitement was that big that we couldn’t wait to go home to take a proper picture of the hat! It’s soft, very warm and thick; perfect for the cold and windy weather! We absolutely love it! Thank you very much!

I was taught, since I was a little girl, that you put all your thoughts into all handmade items. So I am proud to say, that all my knitted items are made with 100% good thoughts and best wishes. Just sharing the love....

Returns and exchanges
You may return or exchange your item within 14 days after you received it. For doing that, please contact me.

Please note, that if your order takes longer, then expected, a refund will be issued only once it has been at leat 10 weeks from shipping! As inquiries can be made once it has been 4 weeks since shipping, and in some countries it takes 1-2 months for the local postal services to track the order, we can not issue a refund before the item has officially been declared missing! For example, with USPS it might be up to 3 months!


All items must be returned in the condition that they were received. I will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been worn, used and/or garment tags removed. In such cases, the items will be returned to the customer.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all postage costs incurred when returning items.

Postal fees are non-refundable!

Please note, that while purchasing pompoms, they might be a bit different from the picture listed! As fur is natural material, two pom-poms are newer identical, and there are always some differences in color and/or fur structure! If you are not certain about your purchase, please double check with us before placing your order!
Payment
Payments can be made using Paypal - it’s a quick, safe and convenient way to pay.

You do not need a Paypal account to pay for your items through Paypal! When you´re directed to Paypal, scroll down the page and you will see the option to pay with credit or debit card without having to sign up for a Paypal account.

Bank Transfers available for EU countries. Choose "other" as payment method and you will be contacted with the details.
Shipping
Parcels are sent by registered airmail, can be tracked to some extent and require a signature.

If your order is to be dispatched to a destination outside the European Union, you will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country.

I have no control over such charges and cannot predict them.

Delivery time is approximately:
In Europe: 7-10 business days
To USA: 10-14 business days
Rest of the world: 14-20 business days

To USA-it takes about a week for your order to reach US, from there, the movement of your order depends on the volume of packages in USPS sorting centres. Please keep in mind, that whilst in USPS sorting centres, there will be no tracking information updates by USPS.

Please keep in mind that depending on the season (especially before Christmas), and or due to extreme weather conditions (during snowstorms in 2015, up to 2 months in some cases) it may take longer and I can´t do anything to speed up postal companies.
