According to the tracking information, the order arrived in Australia postal processing facility on August 14th. It is still showing in transit when checking the tracking number. Unfortunately, once an item is shipped I have no control over when it arrives. These days, international orders seem to be taking an inordinate amount of time to arrive, especially with COVID-19 This is not my fault and I do not deserve a 1-star rating for something that is beyond my control. I was only made aware of the issue once you left a 1-star review. Since being made aware of the issue, I have processed a full refund.
