Do you produce according to special sizes and requests?
Of course.
No matter how big your dimensions are, we produce special sizes for you.
Apart from special dimensions, we can also make changes such as color change, adding special names, moving objects to different places (if the image is in vectoral format).
If there are objects such as doors or windows on the wall you want to wallpaper, just give us their measurements. We will prepare a special draft for you, so you can see how the wallpaper design cropped by the objects on the wall.
How long does it take to ship an order?
Although the shipping process varies according to the region and country, it generally takes between 3 - 5 days. There may be some delays when it comes to the working hours of cargo companies and special days such as national holidays. In such cases, if you cannot contact the cargo company and solve the problem, you can contact us.
How long does it take to produce the order?
When you place your order, your order is prepared within the same day. If you have special dimensions or other special requests, then we have to send you a draft and get your approval. When you approve the draft, we prepare and ship your order on the same day.
How do I know which size to order?
If your wall has a different size from the product options, you do not have to order standard sizes. Just tell us your special measurements. We can produce special sizes for you. For you to order, we share the order link adjusted according to your special dimensions, and you only have to place an order.
What is the differences of your paper materials?
We have 3 different materials ; Non - Woven , Textured , Self Adhesive.
Non Woven is has a smooth surface and needs glue for applying. This paper material is just suitable for flat and smooth walls.
Textured is similar with Non Woven , only difference is Textured has a texture surface. Also needs glue for applying and just suitable for flat and smooth walls.
Self Adhesive is a peel and stick material. Not needs glue for applying. Just Peel and Stick!
This materials is just suitable for completely flat , smooth and dust free surfaces , you can also prefer Self Adhesive for glass and furniture surfaces.
What should I pay attention to before and after applying the wallpaper?
You should pay attention to the fact that there are no previously applied wallpaper, decals, etc. on the wall on which you will apply. Also, your wall should be free of dust and dirt and dry. Otherwise, the wallpaper cannot hang on the wall.
Applying wallpaper is not a good idea if your wall has a lot of rough surfaces. Because if you apply wallpaper on a rough wall, the roughness will be evident on the wallpaper, apart from that, the wallpaper starts to separate from the wall after a while.In such cases, you should apply a transformation primer to your wall before applying wallpaper. The same goes for wall stickers.
