I am always ready to help my customers resolve any problems that might have come up. And returning an item for exchange or refund is encouraged if you have any problems with it. In this particular case I suggested a return or exchange if the customer is not happy, but neither was accepted. All items are handmade and all designs are tested by my 8 cats. Felt cannot be expected to be rigid as cardboard, it does collapse if a cat decides to sit on top. That said, I will accept returns if you are not happy with your purchase and refund it!
