Announcement
***Wander On Words will be taking an intentional pause from Etsy starting September 15.***
I am extraordinarily grateful for all of your support there throughout the years. You have helped me to grow Wander On Words from a dream to a full-time passion. I want to focus on creating more art for communities, working with small businesses through wholesaling and branding, and licensing my artwork to reach even more people whose lives can be lightened a little with my lettering and illustration. I want to bring my skills of illustrating deeper meanings to language to
to more businesses and more people. This means pausing my Etsy shop for now. I might reopen for the holidays, but we’ll see where this next journey takes me!
Thank you. For helping me reach over 19,300 sales on this platform. For believing in me. For sharing my love for language and wonder. This isn’t an end, but a beginning. Please keep following along with my art!
You can follow me on Instagram @wanderonwords, on Faire Wholesale at faire.com/direct/wanderonwords, on Shopify at wanderonweird.com and in person at various craft shows and events throughout Vermont!
Still have your eye on some items in my shop? I will be happy to fulfill all orders through September 14! As I am a one-woman show (and have a BUSY month ahead) please allow a little extra time to get your wares.
Again, thank you. Your support makes Wander On Words thrive, and spread joy, wonder, and good words through Vermont and beyond. We are a celebration of hand-lettering, words, and illustration. Our mission is to spread joy, inspire, and rekindle a love for language and nature.
USPS Shipping is taking a bit longer these days. Please keep in mind that I am a one-woman show; behind this business is a real human being just trying to make it all happen. Orders are taking about 3-5 business days to ship, and about 5-7 business days to arrive. Thank you for your patience and kindness!
We ship our hand-lettered wares via the USPS. To make sure costs are low for our customers, we do not ship with tracking for single cards, postcards, and stickers. If you'd like tracking, you have the option to upgrade during checkout. Click on the drop-down menu for pricing options.
We will gladly replace an item if the item is damaged. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is lost or missing please contact us! We will be happy to assist you.
Please double-check your address to make sure it is correct. We are not responsible for wrong addresses. Catch us before we ship your item if the address is incorrect. Thank you so much and Wander On!

5 out of 5 starsLove the design especially when almost everything out there about skiing is alpine-centric. I used a box cutter to carve out the hollow spaces so it looks better (to me) on my bottle.

To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom hand-lettered design, for example), if you contact me directly.
Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It:
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
• As needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfill your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
• When you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for my mailing list;
• If necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
• As necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services. I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services, and 2) Compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
Information Sharing and Disclosure:
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
1. Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
2. Shipping Providers. I ship my artwork using the USPS or UPS. I will share your address with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
3. Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.
Data Retention:
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 3 years.
Your Rights:
If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:
1. Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
2. Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
3. Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
4. Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
How to Contact Me:
