Frequently asked questions
Damaged Items on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include clear photos of:
The damaged product
The packaging
The shipping label (showing your name and address)
This allows us to assess the situation and work with our print or delivery partners. Once reviewed, we’ll provide a suitable solution this may be a free replacement, refund, or another fair option depending on the circumstances.
Returns & Refunds
Because every print and frame is custom-made to order, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
We can offer a refund or replacement in cases of:
Printing defects or quality problems
Rare production errors on our side
We cannot provide refunds for:
Shipping delays caused by the courier
Items damaged during transit (however, we will issue a free replacement)
Delivery Delays & Late Orders
Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to courier issues or customs processing, these are unfortunately beyond our control.
Refunds are only issued if a parcel is officially declared lost by the carrier. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are approximate, not guaranteed. During peak times, such as holidays, delays are more common. We kindly appreciate your patience if your order is running late.
Print Quality & Colour Variation
If your print arrives with a manufacturing error or quality issue, we’ll happily offer a refund or free replacement, please send us details and clear photos.
Please note: slight colour differences between screen and print are normal due to screen settings and do not count as a defect or reason for return.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.
We’re unable to offer free replacements if an incorrect or incomplete address was provided. If your order is returned to us, we can re-send it, but re-printing and shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
If your parcel is held at your local postal service due to an address issue, you’ll need to contact them directly to collect or update delivery details.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet entered production. Once printing has begun, even if the parcel hasn’t been marked as dispatched, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.
Holiday & Christmas Shipping
Delivery estimates provided by Etsy do not take seasonal delays into account, particularly during December.
We may not offer replacements for parcels still in transit over the holiday period, as duplicate shipments often arrive late or cause confusion. During busy seasons, processing and delivery may take longer than usual.
Please use the dispatch date at checkout as your best guide, and allow a few extra days beyond the estimate before getting in touch.
