We accept PayPal payments and credit cards through Paypal. If you do not have a PayPal account and do not wish to sign up for one, you can pay with a credit card through PayPal by following the steps outlined in the following tutorial:

We require payment for items within 48 hours of the time you purchased them through Etsy. If this will be a problem for any reason, please don't hesitate to contact us via and Etsy convo or by email at Email[at]TheWanderingReader.com.

If items are not paid for within 48 hours and we have not heard from you, we reserve the right to cancel your purchase, though we will make every effort to reach out to you before doing so.

+ECHECK PAYMENTS+

Please note that if you make your purchase using an eCheck through PayPal, your item will not be shipped until the payment has cleared. This process generally takes 3-5 business days from the time of your purchase.
Shipping
Each order we send includes complimentary delivery confirmation to US addresses. You will receive an email from PayPal shortly after your item(s) have been shipped with the delivery confirmation number of your shipment.

We use sturdy, Indestructo mailing boxes and heavy duty flat mailers to ship our items to make sure that they are not damaged on their way from us to you.

We ship orders every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, and will ship your package within 2-3 business days of receiving payment.

+INTERNATIONAL ORDERS+

For international orders we ship all of our items First Class International Mail or Priority International Mail in cases where an upgrade is requested and paid for.

If you have any questions about our international shipping, please don't hesitate to contact us.

+EXPEDITED SHIPPING INFORMATION+

We offer Priority Mail (2 day mail) and Express Mail (1 day mail) as shipping upgrade options for both US and International orders.

As pricing varies depending on your location, contact us if you need upgraded shipping and we will let you know the cost of the shipping upgrade.

Please note that your item(s) will not be shipped until you have paid the additional shipping cost.

+GIFTS+

If you're sending one of our items as a gift, we are happy to send it directly to the recipient on your behalf, and can also include a gift note with a personalized inscription of your choice.

Let us know the address you would like the item shipped to, as well as the inscription you would like included in the gift note, and we will take care of the rest!
Refunds and Exchanges
We are more than willing to work with you to make sure that you are happy with your item(s). We will give you a refund (and in cases where it is possible, an exchange) in the following situations:

• Your item was significantly damaged during shipping
• The item was not what you expected and you would like to return it
• The item breaks or shows itself to be defective within a 30-day period

If you have any problems with the item(s) you ordered, please contact us straight away and we will make it right. We want to make sure that your experience with us is a good one!
