Ik ben geboren en getogen in de Pacific Northwest en kan me niet voorstellen dat ik ergens anders zou wonen. Naar mijn bevooroordeelde mening is dit een van de beste plekken in de VS voor fotografie, omdat we van alles een beetje hebben!
Ik ontwikkelde voor het eerst een interesse in fotografie tijdens een crosscountry roadtrip in 2017. Tijdens die reis ontdekte ik een passie voor landschapsfotografie. Ik had nog nooit in mijn leven zoveel verschillende plekken gezien. Ik besefte al snel dat de natuurlijke schoonheid van het buitenleven een vriendelijke herinnering is dat wat je ook meemaakt in het leven, er altijd wel iets is om dankbaar voor te zijn.
In mijn vrije tijd wandel ik graag. Er gaat niets boven frisse lucht en de rustige geluiden van het bos om mij te helpen focussen en mijn fotografie te oefenen. Het stelt mij in staat een heldere geest en een gezonde houding te behouden terwijl ik persoonlijk en professioneel blijf groeien.

I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and can't imagine living anywhere else. In my biased opinion, this is one of the best places in the US for photography because we have a little bit of everything!
I first developed an interest in photography during a cross country road trip in 2017. In that trip, I found a passion for landscape photography. I'd never seen so many different places in my life. I soon realized that the natural beauty of the outdoors is a gentle reminder that no matter what you have going on in life, there’s always something to be grateful for.
In my spare time I enjoy hiking. There’s nothing like fresh air and the calm sounds of of the forest to help me focus and practice my photography. It allows me to maintain a clear mind and healthy attitude as I continue to grow personally and professionally.
