Got the necklace and its honestly bigger than I expected which isn't a bad thing! Looks pretty much identical to the picture and I love the extra goodies! Only problem is it came off the chain immediately after I put it on so I have to buy plyers to fix it :/ still nice, though!!

About

Warcrafts by Euphyley

I love working with clay. I've been creating jewelry with polymer clay since grade school. Then last year after my daughter was born, I started directing my focus toward sculptures. Most are based on small pets and mounts from the MMO: World of Warcraft. It is just such a thrill to bring these little creatures to life! (The rest of my sculptures focus on the best dog breed known to mankind -- pugs.)

I am currently closed for special orders/commissions, but am open to hearing requests. One of the most enjoyable aspects of working with clay are the challenges of creating brand new pieces. I love being made to think outside the box!

If you have a couple of minutes, and would like to read a more in-depth view of my process and where my projects are going, check out this interview published recently on Blizzard Watch: http://blizzardwatch.com/2015/03/10/euphyley-recreates-warcraft-on-a-small-scale-with-sculpted-figurines/

Also, if you're on Facebook, be sure to check out my page (link on the right) where I do occasional giveaways, auctions, first views at upcoming creations, behind the scenes glimpses & more.

Welcome, and thanks for stopping by! Everything you will find in my Etsy store is 100% hand crafted by myself with the utmost care . Many of the items in my store are inspired by the online MMO: World of Warcraft and other video games. You will probably also find an occasional fantasy/nerdy or pug related item as well. Enjoy!

Payment
I accept payment via Credit Card through Etsy, Etsy Gift Cards and Paypal. Sorry, I do not accept checks. When you purchase an item, I prefer immediate payment. If I don't receive payment within three days I will contact you.
Shipping
Most key-chains and pendant type items will be wrapped and shipped very carefully in padded envelopes. Ornaments, figurines, glass vials and intricate necklaces will be placed in boxes and wrapped very securely. All items will be shipped via USPS first class. If another shipping method is preferred, please contact me and we can try to arrange something.

US Customers:

All domestic orders include tracking information, which you will receive via email after I've purchased a shipping label.

International Customers:

Very few (if any) international orders will include tracking information when shipping via USPS International First Class (it seems to vary by country). These orders also have the potential to take a long time to arrive. (I've seen orders to Australia take anywhere from 10 days to 6 weeks.) If you would prefer another shipping method, again, please contact me. Do be aware though, that USPS International First Class is the cheapest option - prices raise pretty steeply once you move out of the First Class option for pretty much every country.

I generally make two weekly trips to the post office, and any orders placed Friday - Sunday will not ship out until Monday. If you order something that is required by a specific date, please let me know when you place your order and we can work something out.

The cost of shipping materials have been factored into the shipping price.

Also, PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS before checkout! I cannot stress this enough. Typos DO matter, and could be the difference between you receiving your package or it getting lost in the system.
Refunds and Exchanges
As we all know, accidents can happen when shipping items through the mail. If your item arrives damaged please contact me and I will be glad to re-create your item at no charge. I will need the original item returned to me within 14 days of purchase before re-creating your item.

If you are simply unhappy with your purchase I will refund you as well. The item will need to be returned back to me (again, within 14 days). I will give a full refund, minus the cost of shipping.

All sales on custom orders are final.
Additional policies and FAQs
**If an item you purchase is going to be a gift and needs to come in all stealthy and incognito, please let me know in your note when checking out and I'll leave my shop name off of the box.**

Do keep in mind, that all of the items in my shop are handmade. Handmade items may occasionally have fingerprints or marks on them, but I try my hardest to keep those to a minimum.

Almost every item in my shop is made out of polymer clay or glass. Both polymer clay and glass are fragile and should be treated as such. They should also not be given to young children.

If you see something under the "Sales" section that is out of stock that you are interested in purchasing please let me know.
