Eat Warmed & Fed Cookies!

I started a blog in January 2014 documenting my passion in cooking and baking. My first post was about when my eldest asked me to make Christmas cookies. We had so much fun! I was surprised at how deliciously good they came out. I continued to bake and share more with others here and there. I received many compliments and was suggested to sell these treats. This encouraged me to open up shop on Etsy.

Hi, y'all! My name is Liz Ray and welcome to my shop! Looking for a delicious treat to indulge in? Warmed and Fed is here to serve in satisfying your desire. I have a 2 dozen order minimum. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, although, due to the nature of our product, no returns, no refunds, nor exchanges will be made.
Payment
All online orders must be finalized with full payment to secure availability on our book with at least 15 business days prior to event.

Please keep in mind that it takes 3-7 business days for order to process PLUS 1-3 business days to ship.

All orders are processed Wednesday-Friday. They are shipped every Monday; no later than Tuesday.

In any case of a cancelation made prior to event, within the time frame of our policy, to protect both buyer and seller, only *50% of payment will be refunded. *(the other non refundable 50% secures availability and covers any expenses made by the seller for the order).

Shipping
**Local customers, please contact me for pick-up information.**

**Make sure the correct address on your Etsy profile account is correct. Please provide the correct address your package is to be shipped before placing order. Buyer is responsible for paying the fee to intercept and reroute the package if address was wrong.**

Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Domestic orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Shipping upgrades such as Express Mail, insurance, and signature confirmation are available upon request for an additional cost. We are not responsible for lost packages.

Once the package leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, incorrect address information, weather or disaster conditions, or for charges incurred for redelivery attempts or intercept packages or correct address information.
Additional policies and FAQs
Our treats are made to order and will be delicious. We make all efforts to pack our product in a way that ensures they make it to their final destination in one piece. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee your treats will not be broken in transit. Once the package leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for any damages incurred during transit caused by climate or the USPS.

When is the latest I can place my order?

All orders must be placed at least 15 business days in advance prior to event. Please read our Payment Policy and Cancellation Policy.

Gift wrapping and packaging

For an extra packaging fee, I can package each cookie in a clear 4x6 cellophane bag with your choice of special ribbon, a gift tag with a message.

How long do the cookies stay fresh?

Our cookies are made from scratch with no preservatives. They can stay fresh up to two weeks after being baked; preferably kept in an airtight container.

Allergy?

Detailed list of ingredients used for cookies: European-Style butter, sugar, organic eggs, Mexican vanilla, baking powder without aluminum, sea salt, and unbleached all-purpose flour.

Detailed list of ingredients for royal icing: meringue powder, Mexican vanilla, purified water and Wilton food coloring.

Cookies are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, citrus and gluten. Please do not purchase if you have an allergic reaction to such.

Do you have a discount for bulk orders?

Since all of our cookies are handmade and we use top quality *ingredients that are imported and organic, we do not offer discount on iced orders. Please keep in mind we include in our prices expenses, material, and labor into our price. We believe, with the care put in each cookie and the quality of ingredients, our pieces are still low compared to others. However, we can offer a small discount on cookies without icing.

Can you throw in an extra cookies?

Due to the fragile nature of our cookies, every 3 inch cookie or larger will be individually packaged in a cellophane bag to ensure safe arrival.

We do recommend to order a few extra cookies for your event for "just in case".

Rush Orders?

Store policy dictates a 15-business day notice before event for all cookie orders. Our business days are Monday through Friday. Any order placed less business days than stated before event is considered as a "rush" order and it will require a $25.00 rush delivery surcharge.

Depending on availability, please keep in mind that it takes at least 6-10 business days for your order to process and to ship. All orders are processed Wednesday-Fridays. They are shipped every Monday; no later than Tuesday.

Payment Secures Availability

If inquiries about dates and cookie details are discussed in any form of communication at any time prior to event, this does not guarantee a spot in our production schedule. All orders must come to a final transaction with payment. Please read our Payment Policy.
