FIRST TIMER?
There are a few things you should know before buying any bow.

• Try before you buy - really important, try bows of different draw weights, bow lengths and manufacturers. You will find that some limbs will feel harder to draw than others. This will help you narrow down your preferred draw weight and inform you as to your draw length.

• Visit local shop – There are a number of archery and general sports shops, big and small, all around the country and all quality ones will give you the opportunity to try first and spend time with you. If possible take an experienced person with you when trying equipment out.

• When in doubt, ask. We are happy to answer any of your questions.

CUSTOM ORDERS?

Ask and we will answer. We will work with you to create your vision to the best of our abilities and within the realm of physics. See our FAQs for more information.

DO WE LIKE FEEDBACK?

Yes! We absolutely loves feedback! We really do appreciate the personal feedback, as it helps make any future Warpath Archery shopping experience even better. And hearing where our bows and/or arrows are going, how much you love it, or why it’s being given as a gift is always a joy.

You may leave feedback after a purchase by using Etsy’s feedback system. You can find it by going to the “Feedback” section of your account on Etsy or by following the link below.

Warpath makes some of the coolest looking and best shooting arrows I've ever had. The customer service is amazing! and they will make sure you get exactly what you want. I ordered 24 arrows in total and they are all great shooters. A note to anyone buying arrows from Warpath, these are not meant for shooting trees if you are careless the arrows will break.

About

•• We stand behind our products. You should too ••

It happens when you pick it up. You turn it from one side to the other, admiring the lines, the exotic woods, and the incredible color variations. You draw back and realize that the lines between art and function begin to blur. You release and feel the rush as the arrow hits home. That is the feeling of a bow and arrows that fit you.

We are a master bowyer and apprentice team with over 25 years of experience making traditional archery equipment. G does most of the major fabricating while Jess takes credit for running the website and our mobile archery range.

All of our bows are handcrafted from various domestic and exotics woods, and can be one-piece self bows or composites in everything from Ash to Zebrawood. Arrows can be made almost any color under the sun, with fletchings in traditional or custom and fantasy cuts of our own design. We also create primitive and fantasy style obsidian (Dragonglass) knives and arrowhead jewelry, just to switch things up a bit.

We like everyone to be happy with their purchase. So to avoid any confusion, please read this page as it informs you of policies and procedures we follow for business on Etsy. Accepted payment methods

Payment
We accept Paypal and credit cards through Paypal. Sorry, no checks or money orders.
Please message with any questions.

If you would like to pay by credit card, you can choose the Paypal payment option.
If you choose Paypal, you will be directed to the Paypal login screen where you can choose "I don't have a Paypal account" and enter your card information there.

Items will be shipped as soon as payment clears. We try to get items in stock items out within 1-3 days of payment. Custom orders will take longer to be made and sent out than in stock items.

CUSTOM ORDERS - Any aesthetic/color changes to custom orders must be made prior to the custom order being purchased. Once purchased, we start prepping everything as agreed upon in the messages. No changes can be made after the listing has been purchased.
Custom listings not purchased within 3 weeks of being listed will be taken down. You will receive 2 reminder emails before the listing is taken off the site.
No returns on custom and made-to-order arrows orders. Custom bows are covered under our basic warranty and can be returned as stated under our warranties.
Shipping
We only ship USPS -- Priority Mail (2-3 days) and First Class (5-7 days). Express shipping (Overnight) is available upon request, and you will be charged extra for that service. Any shipping outside of the lower 48 will incur extra shipping charges.

All items shipped Priority will be shipped with insurance for the amount the item is worth. All items will have tracking numbers and delivery confirmation. Any purchases totaling $250 and over will be sent with signature confirmation. Shipping for bows valued at over $200 will have a higher shipping price than those under $200 to reflect higher insurance and signature charges.

Shipping for bows and sets of one dozen arrows will be higher than any other items, since they are considered oversized. Bows will come packaged in a tube large enough for the specific bow ordered. Each bow will be carefully wrapped with bubble wrap before being placed in the tube so as to minimize any possible damage that may occur during shipping. Dozen arrow sets will come shipped in specially made arrow boxes to protect them during shipment.

Please be assured that we charge the lowest price possible for shipping on our items. We do not up our shipping prices to gain profit. We price out our shipping according to materials and time needed to pack our products safely and securely, plus actual USPS shipping costs. Because of this we do not offer combined shipping for our larger items.

We pack professionally, but try to be as green as possible and occassionaly will use older newspapers and such for packing material.

Once the package is out of our hands, we have no control over how fast USPS gets it to you. There may be delays on their part because of holidays or weekends. We assure you that if we have sent an e-mail saying it's been shipped, it has been picked up by USPS and is en route.

We are not responsible for lost mail, that includes while sending payments to us, or when we ship out your order. Once an order has been packaged and sent, it is out of our hands and is the property of the government for the time it is traveling.

Should your order get lost in the mail, or returned to us for any reason, we will not be held responsible. If the order returns to us, you will be contacted and notified. Buyer will have to pay to have their order reshipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
WARRANTY POLICY:

Please follow all instructions received with your bow and written on this site or the warranty will not be valid. A bow can and should last you a lifetime if taken care of properly.

An all-wood bow is unique and requires proper care. Our bows come with a basic 6-month warranty under normal use from date of purchase. This is to help protect against natural defects that may be present in an organic material such as wood. Every bow will also come with instructions for proper care and storage.

•~• These bows are made for the draw length listed on the bow (and specified in the listing) ONLY. Drawing the bow past the marked draw length will very possibly result in breakage. Overdrawing any bow voids any and all warranties, as we cover only naturally occurring defects or breaks under normal and specified used. •~•

If your bow breaks or you notice a defect within the first 6 months from date of purchase, please contact us immediately either here or at •• WarpathArchery [!at] yahoo.com ••. Please supply pictures if possible of the defect/damage and be as detailed as possible with what is/went wrong. We will accept the bow back for repairs once we have reviewed everything. Any returns must be received within 2 weeks after first contact and must include all parts and pieces included in the original order (which includes arrows, quivers or bowsocks if they were included in the original listing), and be shipped back to us in the original shipping tube. We will then assess the damage in person to determine if the breakage was due to a manufacturing defect.

If your bow is repairable, we will do all necessary repairs and then ship your fixed bow back to you free of charge. Shipping anything to us will be the responsibility of you, the customer.

WE WILL DO EVERYTHING IN OUR POWER TO REPAIR THE ITEM BEFORE TAKING FURTHER STEPS. WE WILL BE IN CONSTANT COMMUNICATION DURING THE PROCESS SO YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT OUR NEXT STEP WILL BE.

Arrows, atlatls and stone items do not come with a warranty. Once you receive your item(s), their care and maintenance are your responsibility.

CASH REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN, however we will give refunds in the shape of store credit, or replacement items for items with a warranty. This goes for general returns, change of mind, and/or if we cannot repair your under-warranty bow. Shipping for the replacement item will be paid by us.

Please feel free to contact us with any questions about the care and maintenance of any of these type of items before purchase if you are unsure.

CLEARANCE BOWS DO NOT COME WITH A WARRANTY, THEY ARE SOLD AS-IS.

Sizing details

Draw length and draw weight are the two most important things to know when ordering archery equipment.

Draw length corresponds to the arm length of the person drawing
the bow. Industry standard is 28".

Draw weight corresponds to how heavy the bow pulls.

* For Bow Orders - The bow should not be too heavy to draw back comfortably, or too light that it doesn't offer a challenge. Body height does not matter when it comes to ordering a bow.

* For Arrow Orders - Please know the correct draw length and draw weight needed to match the bow the arrows will be used with. If the arrows are for display or cosplay only, and will not be shot, draw weight does not matter.

What is a Buffalo Bow?

Buffalo bows are a high draw weight bow with a short draw length based off of Plains style bows. They are meant for a crouched shooting style, indicative of hiding behind brush.

They are not youth bows. The short draw length does not indicate them for use by children and should not be purchased as a kid's bow. The reason for this is because children have the tendency to draw the bow back as far as they can, and these bows are not meant for that. Overdrawing will cause a bow to break.

We do not recommend them for people under the age of 18 and/or those without proper understanding of how to use a buffalo bow. Giving a buffalo bow to a child voids any and all warranties.

Custom and personalized orders

Did you see an arrow set you love, or fall in love with a bow, but want it to match your character or personal style?

Can we change it to match your colors?

Of course!

The beauty of handmade is that we can customize to your personal colors. Feel free to message us, let us know what item you were looking at and what colors you'd like.

We will work with you to create your vision to the best of our abilities and within the realm of physics (Sorry folks, sometimes video game physics and real world physics just don't play well together)

Any changes to orders must be made prior to the custom order being purchased. At that point we start prepping everything as agreed upon. No changes can be made after the listing has been purchased
