Can you ship internationally?
Yes, for all international orders, we purchase the shipping label through Etsy, and items are shipped within 1 business day.
Please note that Etsy's international shipping partner "Asendia" can often experience delays. Be aware that international shipments may take anywhere from 2 weeks to 4 weeks to arrive, and the 'Customs ID' on your order will serve as the new tracking number for your local carrier.
Please be aware that your country may hold your item at a customs office or the local post office for pickup. When a package ships internationally, it is the buyers responsibility to cover any import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country.
Can you install a new battery in my watch before shipment?
Certainly, you'll be glad to know it's already done! When every watch comes into Watch Inspect, we inspect it for defects, clean, sanitize, and replace batteries on every piece.
Before leaving we inspect the item one more time to ensure the watch is clean and functioning properly before shipment.

• Crown is Pulled Out
The crown is the small knob used to set the time and date. If it's in the time-setting position, the watch won't run. Ensure the crown is fully pushed in.
• Quartz Watch
The battery may have shifted during shipping and might need to be removed and reinserted.
• Wind the Watch (Mechanical Watch)
Both manual and automatic watches require winding by turning the crown. Automatic watches can be wound by turning the crown or through light movement during normal wear.
Occasionally, vintage timepieces (20+ years old) may stop running and require a full service. If this happens, please contact us, and we will assist you with the return process.
