Gorgeous band! The crystal beads feel very luxurious and also comfortable. Heather was super fast and accommodating. I received the band within days of placing my order, and after I needed a size adjustment, I received it within a week of sending it back to her. While the heft on my wrist will take some getting used to, this is so much more aesthetic pleasing than my Nike sport band! 5-star customer service and product quality. By the way, I highly recommend measuring your existing band as a way to determine your preferred fit. I found this method more accurate than measuring my wrist.

The day after I placed my order for this watch band I received an email from the seller asking confirming the sizing I had ordered. I had read all of the information about sizing and how the bands are made before I ordered. I got the feeling that the seller didn't think I had done so and this was off putting to me as a new customer. My band arrived on time and was packaged very well. It was even inside a little fabric pouch, which was a nice touch. The band fits well, but I am disappointed with the rose gold connector. It does not match the rose gold watch and there are not pictures of the individual connectors with the bands; if I had known what color the connectors were, I would have chosen the silver instead of the rose gold so the connectors would at least match the band.
