Amazing customer service! My stone was broken completely in half when it arrived the first time. I reached out to Caroline and she without hesitation made another one and shipped it immediately even though it was not her fault at all. I love the final product and could not be happier. Would definitely order from her again!

Zero stars. Seller never shipped our order. After weeks of waiting, when the shipment was due to arrive, we requested a tracking number. The seller said it would ship the following day but did not provide tracking information. Over another week passed and it was still not shipped. Refund has been requested but seller is not responding. Worst Etsy transaction ever. She took our money and sent us nothing. Buyer beware.
