Hand Crafted Items From Appalachian Mountains

WE LOVE WOOD!! Each item is built by hand in our studio by Duncan, then hand painted by Jean.
Born in New Jersey, Duncan began playing the guitar at age 12, by 16 he was locally successful in garage bands in and around the Jersey Shore. By the time he was 20, he was playing with his own band.
After attending Memphis State, he followed the family tradition and entered the electrical field. Duncan is an accomplished musician, as well as a Master Electrician.
Jean's creativity in other media came from a passion for quilting, although born and raised in the northeast, her roots run deep in the mountains of Appalachia, where her ancestors originated from the Eastern Band of Cherokee.
STARS, Our featured item was added to the shop after a home project to create a wood star for over the fireplace mantle turned into an obsession. Our goal is to continue to add new designs of stars in all finishes and sizes.

Duncan & Jeannie have followed their dream to get back to the basic things in life, living in the mountains, enjoying the land and celebrating the beauty of this earth.

Returns and exchange details
If you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept a return, please contact us within three days of receiving your order, so that we can work out a solution. If there was an error on our part, we will replace or send a return label, and refund total order cost when item is returned.
In the event an item is being returned due to no fault of the seller, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer, and any refund will be less the original shipping charge.

The items must be in their original condition in order to receive a refund/replacement of any kind.
Payment
We accept both PayPal and major credit cards. We do not accept money orders, checks or cash. All orders must be fully paid before we will ship.
Shipping
Orders generally ship in 2-3 days via USPS, however, we reserve the right to choose shipping carrier based on customer location and weight and size of your package.
If you need to arrange faster or special delivery, please contact us.

We ship to the address provided at check-out. Please be sure to check the accuracy of the name and address provided.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after an order has shipped. If you experience a shipping problem, please contact us, and we will help to locate your package, and file a claim.

All of our shipments are insured - If an item is damaged in shipping, we will provide return shipping label, we require that customer take photos of the damaged item, and packaging. These photos are necessary to file insurance claim.

We can only accept one sale or discount coupon per purchase

If an item that we have offered free shipping on, is lost or returned due to wrong address provided, any refund arranged will be less our shipping cost. If replacement is sent, customer is responsible for postage.

If your purchase should arrive damaged, contact us within 48 hours. We will be happy to replace, we DO require photos of packaging and item damage - this is necessary for an insurance claim.
