The buckle is VERY nice in person. The classic black & golden bronze design is quite elegant, and feels high quality. Customer service was excellent. Somewhere between clearing customs and delivery, somebody from the postal service agreed that it was indeed a very nice belt buckle and kept it. Waterhorse got back to my message within a couple of hours and offered to send a replacement. It took a couple of weeks, which I think is quite fine as she had to make up a new one especially for me. Waterhorse went out of her way to deliver a quality product despite unforseen hiccups, I'm very satisfied with the buckle and have no problem recommending Waterhorse to anybody who is interested. I only hope whoever got my first one is enjoying it as much as I like mine and also leaves a favourable review. MANY THANKS, Elaine!!!

This belt buckle is so cool, absolutely awesome design. Heavy weight. Will last a lifetime. My grandchildren will be fighting over who gets my belt buckles

A gorgeous piece. I bought it as a gift for a friend of mine’s commissioning and he absolutely loves it.

What a beautiful work of Art. I almost decided to keep on it my desk as a work of art. It is relaxing just to just run your fingers over it. It will look to wear.

The quality and craftsmanship of this belt buckle is exceptional. If you are searching for a one-of-a-kind piece, you will not be disappointed. Heavy weight and beautifully made, with talent

The teal color is gorgeous, and the craftsmanship on both of my buckles is spectacular. I would absolutely buy more, and I probably will.
I sculpt each piece out of clay or wax then cast them into bronze using the lost wax technique.
I’m a self-taught artist living in Bozeman, MT. Over 20 years ago I started working at a local bronze foundry and instantly knew this is what I wanted to do with my life. I gather my inspiration from many things including my beautiful mountain home and all my childhood vacations spent on the Oregon and California coasts.
Using a process that was developed in ancient China over 5000 years ago, each work of art has been hand sculpted in clay by myself then cast into bronze using the lost wax method. This ensures a heirloom quality that will last to be handed down over the generations. That being said, all will very slightly in size and coloring. This is something that I admire greatly, knowing that each piece will be unique unto its own.
Be sure to take a peek at my website www.waterhorsebronze.com for my larger pieces of work.
P.S. I have two Instagram pages, one for my buckles and one for sculptures.
