Shipping
Sending costs: The sending costs that you are paying with your order are the prices of the standard post services in The Netherlands. That means that the package has not track & trace bar-code number, and the sending is not assure for loss or damage. If you want a certificated sending, please, take contact with us to see the possibilities.
In all cases we shall assume no responsibility for any loss or damage.
Delivery time:
Inside The Netherlands: 1 - 2 days
Europe Union: 4 - 7 days
Elsewhere: 2 / 3 weeks
All orders are packaged very carefully and I make sure all packages have the proper shipping information. However, in the event that a package is lost, I cannot be held responsible. I can add insurance to your order BEFORE you pay, just contact me first so a new invoice can be sent to you.
Customs, Duty Tax and VAT - Your parcel may be subject to a customs, duty or VAT tax. These are all your responsibility, not us. The regulations concerning whether or not your order will apply vary by country and it is the obligation of the consumer to obtain information concerning these taxes and pay them if necessary. You can usually obtain this information by contacting your postal office or customs office. I will not falsify any information on the customs forms.
Holiday Shipping:
EU - Orders purchased by December 10th will be shipped in time to arrive for Christmas.
International - Orders purchased by December 5th should arrive in time for Christmas, but can not be guaranteed due to international customs and shipping policies.
